And then when you have downloaded it you have to open it...

After you pressed open image, you go to your desktop and pic a image that you want, i will just pic up a random picture.

And after that you click "Adjust Image" and then you can choose how much pixels you want and when your done click "Apply Changes And Convert To 256 Colors"
And when you do that you get a normal size spray and you can move on to the next window and by the way, to remove those blue colors that comes on the sides, click the box there it stands "Transparent View".

Okay and now its time to save the spray ! 
So now you click "Save Tag" then Export To WAD file.

Then you go to C:\Program\Steam\steamapps\iliass97\counter-strike\cstrike. And when you are going to save it, name it Tempdecal.wad and then click save !

Now you got your own custom spray and by the way you have to to this while you are not playing Counter strike because then it wont work.
